3 Swiss sweets, 150 g dark chocolate dessert, 150 g butter, 2 to 3 teaspoons icing sugar, 5 medium eggs
First, melt the chocolate cut in pieces in butter over low heat in a bain-marie. Mix as you go. While the chocolate melts, put the swiss cubes in a dish, add the egg yolks (put aside the whites), mix everything. Then whisk the egg whites with the icing sugar. Afterwards, pour the chocolate into the bowl with the Swiss egg + small mixture. Then add by mixing the egg whites until all is well sparkling !! In the end, put the foam in a cool place for 24 hours. You can taste it delicious!
