A bit small for the alphabet ... except at the table! From 9 months.
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 half zucchini
- 1 white leek
- 25 cl of milk in a row
- 2 tbsp. soups pasta
- 1 tip of nutmeg powder
- 1 hazelnut double-cream cheese
Preparation:
Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut them into pieces and steam them for about 20 minutes.
Mash them in the blender and pour into a pan with the milk, double-cream cheese and nutmeg.
Let it simmer for ten minutes.
Add the pasta to rain and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Pour on a plate and serve hot.
